Erin was amazing to work with! I currently live near Seattle and was struggling to find a place in Omaha. I was also used to making many unreasonable concessions when I bought my house due to the hyper-competitive market in Seattle. Erin helped me navigate what was usual and customary in Omaha, and she also helped me find the perfect place at a distance - the right house in the right neighborhood at the right price. What a feat! I initially had a broker through another major online real estate company (that touts its 1% listing fees) who showed me a property, but the house was purchased by someone else before we could put in an offer. I tried working with her after that, but she never returned my calls or emails for other homes. Erin was the exact opposite. Erin was very responsive and very helpful and she helped me stay on top of things during the home closing process, which was certainly not easy given how busy I have been the last couple months. I couldn't recommend Erin more! I plan to buy additional properties in Omaha, and I will certainly be teaming up with her when I do.
